摘要
目的:探讨注意缺陷多动障碍(Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)男童在绘人测验中的表现特征。方法:运用投射技术的绘人测验与艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)对40例ADHD男童和40例对照组儿童进行测试,对结果进行统计分析。结果:ADHD男童在绘人测验中表现出明显的情绪特征(P<0.01)。两组儿童在绘人测验情绪指标和EPQ各分量表之间存在相关性。结论:绘人测验可以反映ADHD儿童的情绪特征,结合其它标准化测验可为ADHD的诊断和干预提供参考。
Objective: To study the character of boy children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in draw - a - person test. Methods: 40 boy children with ADHD and 40 control children were administrated by EPQ and projective technique of draw - a - person test. The results were analyzed by statistic methods. Results: The boy children with ADHD group had higher mood indicators score than control group (P 〈 0.01 ), having significant correlation between the scale's T score in EPQ and mood indicators score in draw - a - person test. Conclusion: Draw - a - person test could reflect some emotional character of ADHD. To combine some other standard test, it could offer some effective reference to diagnose and intervene ADHD.
