摘要
目的:探讨HIF-1α、VEGF、P53对老年宫颈癌局部浸润的作用。方法:应用组织芯片技术和免疫组织化学方法对比检测老年宫颈鳞状细胞原位癌30例、微小浸润癌34例、浸润癌36例中HIF-1α、VEGF、P53的表达。结果:HIF-1α在原位癌中的表达率明显低于微小浸润癌、浸润癌(P<0.05和P<0.001),微小浸润癌、浸润癌中表达率无明显差别(P>0.05);VEGF在原位癌中的表达率明显低于微小浸润癌和浸润癌(P<0.05和P<0.001),微小浸润癌中表达率明显低于浸润癌(P<0.05);P53在原位癌中的阳性表达率均明显低于微小浸润癌和浸润癌中的表达率(P<0.05和P<0.05),微小浸润癌中的阳性表达率与浸润癌无明显差别(P>0.05)。HIF-1α与VEGF阳性表达之间在微小浸润癌、浸润癌中存在密切相关(r=0.8737,P<0.01和r=0.7957,P<0.01)。HIF-1α、P53与宫颈癌的微小浸润密切相关,VEGF与宫颈癌浸润的全过程密切相关。结论:HIF-1α、VEGF、P53都与老年宫颈癌局部浸润相关,其中HIF-1α、P53在局部浸润始动阶段发挥重要作用,VEGF在浸润全过程都发挥重要作用。
Objective: To explore the effection of HIF -1α, VEGF, p53 on local invasion of cervical carcinoma in old age. Methods: The expression of proteins HIF -1α, VEGF, p53 were detected by immmunohistochemistry method and tissue microarray technology in 30 cases carcinoma in situ, 34 cases microinvasive carcinoma and 36 cases invasive carcinoma. Results: The expression ratio of HIF -1αin carcinoma in situ was lower than that of microinvasive carcinoma and invasive carcinoma. ( P 〈0. 05 and P 〈0. 001 ) . The expression ratio of HIF -1α had no difference between microinvasive carcinoma and invasive carcinoma (P 〉0.05 ) ; The expression ratio of VEGF in carcinoma in situ was lower than that of microinvasive carcinoma and invasive carcinoma (P 〈0. 05 and P 〈0. 001 ) ; The expression ratio of VEGF in microinvasive carcinoma was lower than that of invasive carcinoma ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; The expression ratio of p53 in carcinoma in situ were higher than that of microinvasive carcinoma ( P 〈 0. 05 and P 〈 0. 05 ) ; The expression ratio of p53 had no difference between microinvasive carcinoma and invasive carcinoma ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . There were positive correlation between the expresssion of HIF -1α, VEGF in invasive carcinoma and microinvisive carcinoma ( r =0. 873 7, P 〈0. 01 and r =0. 795 7, P 〈0.01 ) . There were positive corre-1αtion between the expresssion of HIF -1α, p53 and microinvasion, the expresssion of VEGF and whole invasive procession. Conclusion : HIF -1α, VEGF, p53 all take part in invasion of old age cervical carcinoma; HIF -1α, p53 play key role in early invasion of old age cervical carcinoma and VEGF play key role in whole procession.
