导流杂交基因芯片技术检测高危型人乳头瘤病毒在宫颈癌筛查中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:研究导流杂交基因芯片技术(HybriMax)检测高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)在宫颈癌筛查上的应用价值,评估其灵敏度及特异性。方法:取150例妇科住院及门诊病人标本,采用导流杂交基因芯片技术检测高危型HPV-DNA,同时作宫颈TCT细胞学检查及行阴道镜下活体组织学检查。结果:导流杂交基因芯片技术检测高危型HPV-DNA检测检出阳性标本49例,阳性率32.6%,子宫颈癌和癌前病变筛查(HybriMax)的灵敏度为93.7%,特异性81.6%,细胞法筛查灵敏度为81.3%,特异性91.3%。结论:导流杂交基因芯片技术HPV-DNA检查可作为常规方法用于子宫颈癌的筛查。 Objective: To explore application of the detection of high - risk human papilloma virus by the technology flow - through hybridization gene coms chip in cervical cancer filtrate and to evaluate the sensitivity and the specificity of this method. Methods: 150 women patient were selected in hospital and outpatients by the technology flow -through hybridization gene coms chip for cervical cancer filtrate. As a comparison, 150 cervical TCT smears and cone biopsies from the same patients were collected to conduct cytology examination and histological detection. Results: The positive patients were 49 case accounting for 32. 6%. The sensitivity and the specificity of high - risk HPV DNA detection by the technology flow - through hybridization gene coms chip for cervical cancer were 93.7% and 81.6% , otherwise the sensitivity. And the specificity of cytology detection were 81.3% and 91.3%. Conclusion: The technology flow - through hybridization gene coms chip to detect high - risk types HPV - DNA is a useful method in cervical cancer filtrate.
