摘要
随着我国健身市场竞争的日趋激烈,服务创新也就随之成为各个健身俱乐部获取竞争优势的有力武器,也是推动我国健身服务业发展的强大动力。创新活动的开展需要健身俱乐部在组织形式上发生相应变化以适应创新要求,有效的组织形式也是提高创新效率和降低创新风险的重要保证。通过对服务创新的组织模式及服务创新组织的特点、分类进行阐述与分析,在对我国健身俱乐部的"顾客导向原则"进行理论探讨的基础上,对我国健身俱乐部服务创新的组织模式及其发展趋势进行研究与展望。
With the increasingly intense competition in our fitness market, service innovation has become a powerful weapon to gain advantage in competition and will boost our fitness service industry. The innovative activities call for the corresponding change in the organization form and the effective organization form guarantees the efficiency and reduces the innovation risk. This article elaborates the model of service innovation organization and analyzes the characteristics as well as the classifications of the organization, On exploring the "Customer Guidance Principle", it researches and forecasts the trends of service innovation organization model of our fitness clubs.
