摘要
目的:为白芷饮片质量控制建立HPLC指纹图谱。方法:采用HPLC法,色谱柱Agilent C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.5%磷酸,梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml/min,检测波长为254 nm,建立了15批白芷饮片的HPLC指纹图谱。结果:本研究所建立白芷饮片指纹图谱的分析方法有较好的重现性。结论:该方法简便、可靠,可用于白芷饮片的质量评价。
Objective: To establish HPLC fingerprint analysis for the quality control of processed Radix Angelicae Dahuricae.Methods: HPLC fingerprint analysis of processed Radix Angelicae Dahuricae was developed Agilent C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used,with mixture of acetonitrile and 5% phosphorous acid mobile phase in a gradient mode.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min.The wavelength of measurement was 254 nm.Fifteen batches of processed Radix Angelicae Dahuricae were determined.Results: The methodological evaluation showed that the method had a good repeatability.Conclusion: The method can be used to identify and evaluate the quality of Radix Angelicae Dahuricae conveniently.
