浮选脱墨时浆料的流失机理及其对生产的现实意义

摘要 本文介绍了浮选脱墨时浆料流失的机理及其在控制生产中浆料流失的现实意义。结果表明:浮选时纸浆中纤维和细小纤维流失的雾沫机理较粘附机理更有说服力,更能了解浮选时纤维和细小纤维流失的原因和防止流失应采取的措施。 Pulp losses mechanisms during flotation deinking and its relevance to flotation deinking in plant would be introduced in this paper. The results show that the entrainment mechanism is a more dominant fibre loss mechanism than bubble-fibre adhesion mechanism during flotation. From these you may understand the cause of fibres and fines losses during flotation deinking and how to prevent it.
