混合办公废纸脱墨浆DBI和HB-1组合漂的研究

Study on DBI and HB-1 Combinative Bleaching Technique of MOW Deinked Pulp

本文首先研究DBI漂白混合办公废纸脱墨浆时NaHSO3和NaBH4的配比、漂白温度、时间以及pH值等对提高脱墨浆的白度和降低油墨尘埃度的影响,确定DBI漂白脱墨浆的最佳工艺条件,接着研究最佳工艺条件下的DBI和HB-1组合漂白,实验结果表明,先进行HB-1段漂,后进行DBI段漂,可以获得更好的漂白效果。

Effects of the charge of DBI, temperature, time and pH value on increasing MOW deinking pulp bright ness, decreasing dirt count during the course of DBI bleaching were studied first in this paper, and the best condition of DBI bleaching was set up. Then HB - 1 was combined with DBI to optimize bleaching effect of the MOW deinked pulp.
