摘要
汽油机缸内直接喷射(GDI)技术具有很好的燃油经济性和排放性能,但由于系统复杂、成本较高等原因,该技术难以应用于小型发动机上。本文探讨了一种基于流体的水击共振原理的燃油增压系统。理论分析和数值计算结果表明,该系统具有很好的增压性能,其效果主要受水击管路系统几何尺寸、燃油泵和自动阀的特性影响。该系统具有简单、可靠、成本低和可控性好等优势,可用于各类小型汽油机的GDI系统中。
To improve the performances of the fuel consumption and exhaust emission for gasoline engines, Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) system was spotlighted to meet the above requirements. Nevertheless most of the GDI systems do not seem to be suitable for small engines as they are complicated and high -cost. In this study, based on the fluid water hammer theory, a GDI fuel supercharge system was discussed theoretically. The numerical results indicated that the system had very good supercharge performance, and the systemg behavior was strongly influenced either by the geometric characteristics of the water hammer circuit or by the performances of the pump and the automatic valve. The system is a simple manufacturing, reliable, low - cost and controllable system, it can be used in many types of small GDI engines.
