摘要
左后盖是发动机的重要部件之一,其结构强度历来是发动机设计者关注的重要指标之一。本文对发动机左后盖若干极端工况下受力过程进行简要分析,进而用MSC.Nastran软件进行强度计算,分析了其应力分布规律,并提出了改进措施。进一步计算表明,结构改进后的左后盖安全系数大大提高。
The left rear cover is an important part of engine. The structure strength of this part is also a focus for the engine designer. The extreme loads on the left rear cover is analyzed, and the software MSC. Nastran is used to calculate the stresses. The distribution law of the stresses is analyzed and the revised method is extracted. The further analysis indicates that the strength of this part is improved.
