连铸中间包涡流控流槽水模试验

摘要 通过水模试验研究了涡流控流槽对连铸中间包流体流动的影响。结果表明:合理结构的涡流控流槽能够改善中间包流体的流动特性,最小停留时间增加,活塞流体积提高,死区体积下降,夹杂物由1.0-1.5级下降到0.5级。 The influence of eddying flow control trough on flowing liquid in tundish is researched through water simulating test. It is showed from that with reasonable structure the trough can improve the flowing performance of liquid in tundish, the least stopping time increases, the piston flow volume gets larger, dead region volume smaller, inclusion drops from 1.0 - 1.5 to 0.5 degree.
