摘要
通过对石钢4座高炉的顶燃式热风炉的燃烧器结构、热风通道的位置进行比较,分析了不同顶燃式热风炉的特点,证明了石钢顶燃式热风炉技术在日益成熟和不断进步,平均风温达到1 100℃以上,满足了高炉对高风温的需求。
Based on comparison in burner structure and position of hot blast channel of top combustion stoves of four blast furnaces in Shi Steel, the features of different stove are analyzed, The technique of top combustion stove is proved being mature and continue improved. The average wind temperature reaches over 1100℃ and meets the demand of blast furnace.
