The wide use of the campus network has paved way for the school＇s information modernization. Meanwhile, information secttrity is playing an important role in it, and hackers and infectious codes are threatening the security of campus network. The paper first introduces the scanning tools and their functions as making choices followed. It draws a conclusion of the function of improving the security of campus network of the scanning tools with the application examples.
