摘要
本文根据灰铸铁件凝固特点,运用有限元和差分法,研究了CG6125仪表床身导轨所在的纵向截面上二维温度场和铸造应力场的数值模拟方法。模拟的床身热应力分布与铸造应力现场实测方法相结合。
Based on the solidification characteristics of grey iron castings,the numerical simulation of the 2 D temperature field and casting stress field for CG6125 lathe bed was studied by using the finite element and finite difference methods.Through analysing calculated distribution of the thermal stress of lathe bed with the practical measured result of casting stress distribution,the technological control of quality and casting stress for grey iron castings without artificial aging can be realized.
