铺钢板肋环型网壳的稳定性研究 被引量:4

摘要 球面网壳可以覆盖没有支柱的大空间,而且造型美观,近年来得到快速发展和广泛应用.在众多网壳型式中,有一种新颖的外铺带肋钢板球面肋环型网壳,在鞍钢、武钢等新型煤气柜工程中作为顶盖广泛使用.该结构特点是轻质、大跨,所以稳定性问题特别突出,必须对其进行稳定性分析.本文基于几何非线性有限元理论,借助弧长法,利用结构分析软件ANSYS,对考虑局部屈曲后强度利用的铺钢板肋环型网壳结构进行全过程计算,绘制了结构的荷载-挠度曲线.通过对荷载-挠度曲线的分析,探讨了结构失稳的原因和屈曲过程,得到了一些有价值的结论.此外,对不同矢跨比及不同截面的铺钢板肋环型网壳进行稳定分析,发现许多有规律的现象.这些结论和发现对工程设计具有一定的指导意义. The spherical latticed dome can cover large space without props. It's so artistic that it has been developed quickly and used widely in recent years. In all sorts of spherical latticed domes, called latticed dome with steel plates is a novelty one and used as top covers of gas tanks in the engineering projects of AnShan Iron and Steel Company and WuHan Iron and Steel Company. The features of this structure are light and with large-span. Its stability problem is especially prominent. Considering the use of strength in the process of post-buckling, the load-deflection curves of this structure were drawn based on the geometrically nonlinear FEM. The arc-length method and the structural analysis software ANSYS are used during the analysis. Reasons and process of buckling as well as some valuable inclusions were deduced. In addition, some rules had been discovered after the analysis of different rise-span ratios and sections of the latticed dome with steel plates. These conclusions and discoveries have certain instructional significance to engineering design.
