摘要
介绍了双轴椭球体柔性飞艇外气囊解析数值特征,并根据外气囊结构特性和膜材特性,论述了外气囊膜裁剪设计方法.采用测地线方法对飞艇外气囊膜进行裁剪,将不可展空间膜面转化为可展膜片,然后应用三次样条函数拟合膜片边界得到加工放样膜片,最后应用线性比例补偿方法,对外气囊正常工作气压下膜面受力产生的应变进行补偿设计.本文研究工作对飞艇设计开发具有指导价值.
The formula and its arithmetic characteristics are firstly introduced for the envelope of doubleaxis ellipsoid airship. On the basis of overall stress of envelope and fabric properties, the fabric sheet layout procedures are proposed. The un-developable envelope surface is divided into series of developable fabric sheets along the geodesic lines which are the shortest lines over the surface, and the 3rd Spline function is employed to fit the edge of the fabric sheet to produce the templet drawing of envelope fabric sheet. Finally the linear-ratio strain compensation is taken into account for the envelope subjected to normal pressure. The works herein is valuable to the design and development of airship industry.
