摘要
采用自行研制的多孔透气塞,对灰铸铁进行了吹气处理的研究。结果表明,吹气处理是一种有效地去除铁水中氧、氢等气体的净化方法,同时有一定的去除夹杂的能力。吹气处理在净化铁水的同时,增加铸铁共晶团的数量、改善孕育效果。
Study has been carried out on the treatment of gray iron with gases by using self made porous plug.The results have shown that the degassing treatment is an efficient method to decrease the oxygen and hydrogen contents and to remove inclusions in iron melt.At the same time,the degassing process increases the number of eutectic nucleus and improves the inoculating effect,thus raising the strength of the gray irons.
