在分析我省冶金产品结构调整的必要性和紧迫性的基础上,阐述了如何抓住机遇调整产品结构,培育新的经济增长点的思路,并提出措施和建议。

On the basis of analyzing necessity and time press for adjusting metallurgical product mix of Henan Province,description is given to consideration how to catch at all the oppertunities to adjust the product mix and develop the new economic growth spots; and moreover, the measures and proposal are put forward in the paper.
