Research of the Maglev Trainer's Qualification Evaluation Base on ANP

在ANP的基础上,结合目前的磁浮培训经验,从定性和定量两方面分析了磁浮师资评价的各个关键因素,按这些因素的支配关系建立ANP层次及网络模型,运用SD软件构造出各层次的判断矩阵并进行超矩阵的求解,建立了一套基于ANP的师资评价方法。

Based on ANP and linked with the experience of maglev training, this thesis has analyzed each individual key factor of maglev trainer evaluation from both the qualitative and the quantitative points of view. According to the dominative relationship of these factors, an ANP hierarchy and net model is set up. Then the decision matrixes of each hierarchy are built and super decision matrix is solved by SD software. Finally,a set of efficient method for trainer evaluation based on ANP is constructed.
