摘要
通过系统分析丰田车辆计划、订单物流模式以及工厂内物流方式,在操作层面提供了一套实现JIT的方法,并总结提出了实现JIT的三个必要条件:平准化、进度引取和小批量多频次物流。
This paper systematically analyzes Toyota production plan, daily order pattern and shop logistics. It describes the way of JIT realization in practice. In the end, as an conclusion, this paper presents three necessaries for JIT realization: heijunka, progress unload, small lots & multi-frequency.
