One important reason for collegiate young teachers＇ teaching languor lies in the fact that their development request cannot be satisfied. A detailed analysis of the existence, realization and stratification of the request is a key for young teachers to know and liberate themselves. It is also a perspective for administrators to think of and solve the problems.
