摘要
高校青年教师的发展需要得不到满足是引发高校青年教师产生职业倦怠的重要原因。具体分析发展需要的产生、实现以及层次性的特点,是青年教师认识自身、解放自身的重要途径,也是学校管理者思考问题、解决问题的出发点。
One important reason for collegiate young teachers' teaching languor lies in the fact that their development request cannot be satisfied. A detailed analysis of the existence, realization and stratification of the request is a key for young teachers to know and liberate themselves. It is also a perspective for administrators to think of and solve the problems.
