摘要
在对红核子龙眼胚胎发育过程进行形态学观察的基础上,对龙眼胚胎发育过程中SOD活性变化进行测定。结果表明:龙眼子叶形胚的形成过程较长且较复杂,不但其体积发生很大变化,而且子叶的色泽也有很大变化;在子叶形胚发育早期,SOD活性迅速升高,之后上升比较平缓。
Based on the morphological observation, the activities of SOD were measured during embryonic development of longan (Dimocarpus Iongan Lour. ). The results were as follows: there were long and complicated morphological changes during the development of cotyledonary embryos ; both the volume and color of cotyledonary embryos changed dramatically; the activity of SOD rapidly rose at the earlier stage of the development of cotyledonary embryos, then it gradually rose to a higher level.
