摘要
本文研究了烤烟打顶后喷50μmol.L-1α-NAA对根系游离氨基酸含量以及烟碱在根和叶片含量的变化情况。结果表明:(1)喷施50μmol.L-1α-NAA可以降低上部叶、中部叶和根系的烟碱含量;(2)喷α-NAA处理,其Asp、Lys、G lu、Arg、Pro等5种氨基酸含量以及总氨基酸含量均低于未喷α-NAA的处理,并与中部叶、上部叶的烟碱含量间显著正相关。因此,喷施α-NAA降低上部叶、中部叶的烟碱含量,其可能的机制之一是通过调控Asp、Lys、G lu、Arg、Pro等5种氨基酸含量以及总氨基酸含量而实现。
Effects of spraying leaves with 50μmol·L^-1α-NAA on root free amino acids and nicotine contents in roots and leaves of flue-cured tobacco plants after topping were studied. The results showed that : ( 1 ) nicotine contents of upper leaves, middle leaves and roots were reduced by spraying 50μmol·L^-1α-NAA; (2) aspartic acid, lysine, glutamic acid, arginine, proline, and total amino acid contents of treatments sprayed with α-NAA decreased in comparison with those of treatments without spraying of α-NAA at the same growing stage. The five amino acids above and total amino acids contents had significant positive correlation with the nicotine contents in the upper and middle leaves. Therefore, one of the mechanism of nicotine contents of upper leaves, middle leaves reduced by spraying α-NAA was accomplished through regulating the contents of aspartic acid, lysine, glutamic acid, arginine, proline, and total amino acids.
