摘要
分析了高炉采用氧煤枪进行富氧喷吹煤粉对高炉炉前供氧与安全控制的要求。对总管供氧和支管供氧及其相适应的安全控制系统作了分析对比。研究开发了高炉炉前供氧及安全控制综合系统。
Oxygen supply and safe-control system is very important in blast furnace oxy- coal injection process,which should be qualified for supplier as a safegard,good installation and operation,with friendly maintaince and long service life.According to these requirements,an investigation is made for some oxygen supply systems that have been used in some blast furnaces and an integrated oxygen supply and safe-control system is developed which can meet these requirememnts.
