中厚板轧后水幕冷却控制模型的研究

STUDY ON CONTROL MODEL OF ON-LINE WATER-CURTAIN COOLING FOR PLATE

着重研究中厚板轧后水幕冷却的工艺过程,在此基础上提出一套适合现场应用的控制模型,对于模型算法及自学习方法给出详细说明,并在重钢五厂生产中得到验证。

The technological process of on-line water-curtain cooling of plate is studied in this paper.A control model is given.The algorithm and adoptive method is illustrated in details,which has been verified in production at Chongqing Iron & Steel Co..
