摘要
为了适应 H 型钢轻型薄壁化的发展趋势,解决薄壁腹板 H 型钢轧制中存在的问题,采取将万能轧机立辊轴心向出口侧移动的轧制方法,取得了明显效果。本文主要讨论如何确定立辊轴心偏移量。该问题的解决对于万能轧机的设计和指导生产及提高 H 型钢产品质量具有十分重要的意义。
In order to follow the production of H-beam with thin web and improve H- beam production process,the rolling technology with displacement axes of vertical rollers moving to exit is used and efficacious results have been obtained.In this article the methods to determine the displacement of the axes of vertical rollers are discussed,which is very important for designing universal mill,controlling the production and improving the quality of H-beam.
