摘要
对27Mn 及27MnV 钢的显微组织、力学性能、耐磨性及可焊性进行了试验研究。研究结果表明,钢中的微量钒可显著地细化钢的组织,在27MnV 钢的铁素体中沉淀析出了极细小的碳化钒粒子,从而明显地提高了钢的强度、硬度及耐磨性。可焊性试验表明,27MnV 钢还具有足够的韧性及良好的可焊性。
The microstructure,mechanical properties,wear resistance and weldability of 27Mn and 27MnV steels were studied.The results show that trace vanadium in the steel can markedly refine the microstructure of the steel.The extremely fine vanadium carbide particles have precipitated in ferrite of 27MnV steel,by which the strength,hardness and wear resistance of the steel are enhanced obviously.The results of weldability test show that 27MnV steel has still enough toughness and good weldability.
