摘要 研究了 JW 钢板中的带状组织的本质及其对拉伸和冲击行为的影响。结果表明,控冷和空冷时带状组织的形成是由连铸时镍、铬、锰、硅、碳等合金元素枝晶偏析呈带状分布所致。带状组织中分布着 MnS 和硅酸盐等非金属夹杂物条带。拉伸或缺口试样冲击时,裂纹从非金属夹杂物处萌生,在控冷或空冷的高温回火组织中,裂纹多沿粒状组织基体 MF 界面扩展。带状组织导致各向异性和纵向分层裂纹,这对纵向缺口试样冲击具有显著的增韧作用。 The essence of banded structure in JW steel plate and the effect of banded structure on the mechanical properties have been studied in this paper.The results show that during controlled cooling or air cooling,the formation of banded structure,in which banded non-metallic inclusions,such as MnS,silicate,are observed,is due to the interdendritic segregation of alloy elements,such as Ni,Cr,Mn,Si,C during continuous casting.In tensile and impact testing,cracks initiate at non-metallic inclusions.In the high temperature tempered steel cracks are usually along the MF interfaces of granular matrix.The banded structure results in the anisotropy and longitudinal laminated cracks,which make the impact toughness of the longitudinal impact specimens increased obviously.
