In the operation,the hydraulic power unit of the 90 t AC EAF at China First Heavy Machinery Group Co.had been in trouble sometimes.In this article the operating principle of the hydraulic power unit and the reasons for the troubles are introduced,the correct maintenance and usage of the power unit are discussed.
