海南铁矿粉预还原烧结矿的矿物组成与其性能的关系 被引量:4

摘要 研究了不同工艺条件下海南矿粉预还原烧结矿的矿物组成、含量和显微结构,阐明了预还原烧结矿的形成机理,及矿物组成对其性能的影响。研究表明,预还原烧结矿的矿物组成主要为:浮氏体、金属铁、少量磁铁矿和三元铁酸钙及少量残碳;硅酸盐渣相矿物有β—硅酸二钙、钙铁橄揽石和极少量硅酸盐玻璃相。烧结矿中金属铁相互联结和硅酸盐渣相固结为其主要的固结方式。 In this article,the mineral composition and microstructure of pre-reduced sinter from Hainan iron ore under different technical conditions are studied,including forming mechanism of mineral composition and their influence on the characteristics of pre- reduced sinter.It has been proved that the mineral composition of pre-reduced sinter is mainly consisted of:Wustite,metal iron,minor magnetite,ternary calcium ferrite,and residual carbon;the silicate slag phase is consisted of β-larnite,kirschsteinite and trace glassic phase.The attachment of metal iron particles amonng themselves and solid bonding of silicate slag phase are the main modes of solid bonding of the sinter.
