摘要
模拟专用炉对包钢中磷铁水 SRP 预处理工艺进行了脱磷剂快速成渣研究。结果表明,50%石灰+40%轧钢铁皮+10%萤石、40%石灰+50%轧钢铁皮+10%萤石和40%石灰+50%转炉尘+10%萤石三种配方均能满足预处理对脱磷剂熔化性能要求;三种氧化剂以轧钢铁皮作脱磷固体氧化剂较好;造渣制度以顺序两批加料效果最好。
A simulation experiment of SRP was carried out for studying on fast slag- forming in dephosphorization and desulfurization pretreatment of medium-phosphorus hot metal(0. 3%P).The results have showed that:(a)three kinds of dephosphorization fluxes (50% lime+40% mill scale+10% fluorspar,40% lime+50% mill scale+10% fluorspar and 40% lime+50% LD flue dust+10% fluorspar)can meet the needs of dephosphorization flux meltability,(b)lime content in dephosphorization flux should be limited to less than 50%, and among the three oxidizers(mill scale,LD flue dust,and iron concentrate),the best one is mill scale,and(c)the best slag-forming method is two batch feeding.
