摘要
连铸弯月面区域的凝固传热对初生坯壳的均匀形成、铸坯的表面质量以及连铸生产的顺利进行有重要影响。建立了该区域凝固传热的有限元模型,并应用研制的程序对实际连铸过程进行了研究,结果与生产实际相吻合,表明本模型及所研制的程序是正确、可行的,其可广泛应用于连铸工艺参数的优化研究。
The solidification and heat transfer in meniscus zone have deep influence on the formation of initial solidified shell,surface quality and smoothness of casting operation.A finite element model has been established for analyzing the solidification and heat transfer in the meniscus zone in this paper.The practical CC process parameters have been compared with those proposed by this model with good agreement.It demonstrates that this model can be used for optimizing the CC process.
