摘要
对犬骨状异型坯立轧时轧件腰部可能造成的压弯情况进行了分析,得到了轧件腰部出现压弯的临界条件。用铅件对犬骨状异型坯进行立轧模拟实验,验证了犬骨状异型坯的立轧调宽效果及腰部压弯的临界条件。
The possible waist cambering of dog-bone shaped blank by vertical rolling is analyzed in the paper.The effect of vertical rolling and critical conditions of cambering waist have been obtained in a simulation vertical rolling experiment with lead pieces.
