AO微型钢板治疗掌指骨干骨折

AO mini-plate for treatment of metacarpal and phalanx fractures

目的探讨AO微型钢板治疗掌指骨干骨折的疗效。方法自2003年6月～2006年5月，35例掌指骨干骨折，采用AO微型钢板内固定治疗，男21例24处，女14例16处；年龄21～57岁，平均27．6岁，其中掌骨干骨折19例22处，指骨干骨折16例18处。结果全部病例随访平均6个月，骨折愈合时间平均6周（4～12周），根据TAFS评定标准，优26处，良12处，差2处，优良率为95％。结论AO微型钢板治疗掌指骨干骨折，效果良好。

Objective To discuss the effects of internel fixation with Ao mini-plate for the treatment of metacarpal and phalanx fractures. Methods From June 2003 to May 2006,35 cases were treated with Ao mini-plate, which include 21 males and 14 females, Ages ranged from 21 ～ 57years（mean 27.6 years）, There were 19 cases （22 lesions） with fracture of metacarpal and 16cases（18 lesions） with fracture of phalanx. Results 35 cases were followed up for 6 months on the average, The time for bone union was 4 ～ 12 weeks（mean 6 weeks）, According to the evaluation of TAFS scales, excellent results were achieved in 26 lesions, good results were achieved in 12 lesions and bad results were achieved in 2 lesions, excellent and good results were achieved in 95%. Conclusion Ao mini-plate for the treatment of metacarpal and phalanx fractures has a better curative effect.
