换热管压弯刚度分析及对换热器各部件的影响

摘要 介绍了换热管弯曲后压缩刚度下降的计算方法,对换热管应力计算和稳定性校核提出新的建议,不同部位的换热管偏转角和应力不同,换热管压缩刚度不同。管板布管区应处理为变基础弹性基础板,进行换热器系统应力分析。 In this paper, the method of calculating the decreased compressive stiffness of bent heat transfer tube was introduced. Based on the fact that the deflection angle and stresses for the tubes at different zone are different, then, the compressive stiffness of tubes are also different, a new proposal was presented to carry out the stress calculation and stability checking. In the stress analysis of heat exchanger systent, the tube layout area of tubesheet should be treated as a various elastic based plate.
