摘要
根据蒸汽过热器管的破裂情况和对其进行的一系列的理化检测结果,分析得出,脱碳和高温腐蚀致使其失效。并提出了有效的预防措施。
Based on the analysis of rupture occurred on the pipe of steam superheater and a serious of physical and chemical test results, it can be concluded that the failure was caused by decarbonisation and high temperature corrosion. The corresponding protective method was, then, proposed.
