目的介绍一种新的颈椎前路植骨打骨器。方法对传统的颈椎前路植骨打骨器的头部做了一个厚2㎜,直径10㎜的圆形台阶。结果颈椎植骨块的位置能被下陷1～2㎜,没有发现植骨块脱落的情况。结论这种新的颈椎前路植骨打骨器使用相对简单、安全、可靠。适用于颈椎前路植骨块的打入。

Objective To introduce a new impacted bone apparatus for anterior cervical spine graft bone. Methods Top of traditional impacted bone apparatus for anterior cervical spine graft bone was made a circle step with 2-mm-thick. Its diameter is 10 mm Results Position the graft bone in the cervical spine was sink 1 ～ 2 mm. No the graft bone was take off. Conclusion The new impacted bone apparatus is relatively simple, reliable and safe to use and suitable for anterior cervical spine graft bone impaction.
