摘要
对某石化公司材质为STPA23的超高压蒸汽管线进行材料性能试验研究,测定了该管线的拉伸强度、冲击功、断裂韧性和持久强度,并根据持久强度值推测出该管线的剩余寿命大约为13年。
One steam super - pressure pipeline made of STPA23 was tested in material properties. The tensile strength, impact energy, fracture toughness and creep - rupture strength of this pipeline were measured. Based on the creep - rupture strength, it was estimated that the residual life of this pipeline was around 13 years.
