摘要
分析了冶金炉炉体汽化冷却与密闭循环水冷却两种方式的技术特点,从能量利用、水量消耗、电功消耗、安全经济运行等方面,对二者进行了比较,推荐采用汽化玲却方式。同时,分析了加热炉和电炉余热回收的工艺方式与能量方式,从能量数量与品位两方面对二者进行了比较,推荐采用工艺方式。
Based on energy utilization,water and power consumption,safety and cost of operation,the evaporation cooling method and close cycle water cooling method for metallurgical furnace cooling are analyzed and compared,and evaporation cooling method is recommended.Based on the quantity and quality of saved energy,the process method and energy method of heat recovering from flue gases for reheating furnace and electric furnace are also analyzed and compared,the process method is recommended.
