摘要
农业旱灾对农业系统造成的损失日益加剧,同时也增大对区域资源的压力,造成一系列环境问题。对区域农业旱灾风险分析是防旱抗旱工作的前提和重要依据。该文分别从农业旱灾风险分析的风险辨识、风险评估、风险管理研究3个环节进行综述,并基于研究现状提出了存在的问题,展望了发展趋势。
Drought disasters have taking much more damages to agriculture than ever before, while the drought risk analysis supplies a most important basis of decreasing losses in the disaster. This paper discussed the progressions of the three aspects of drought disaster risk analyze： risk recognize, risk assessment, risk management. Then pointed out the problems in today＇s researches and some aspects should be further studied in the future.
