摘要
胜科1井是目前中国东部油区最深的一口重点科学探索井,钻井目的是进一步研究和评价东营凹陷孔2段烃源岩发育情况、盐下层构造含油气情况,并为下一步勘探部署提供依据。该井完钻井深7 026 m,井底温度达235℃,钻井液密度1.75 kg/L。针对该井四开井段井眼不规则、封固段长、存在多套压力层系、井底温度高、上下温差大和井下情况复杂等技术难点,采用了尾管悬挂及回接固井工艺,并研制开发了性能稳定的超高温水泥浆体系、抗高温尾管悬挂器及固井附件,确保了该井尾管固井及回接固井施工的顺利进行,固井质量优良。
For the purpose of understanding the development of Kong Ⅱ Section hydrocarbon source rocks and hydrocarbon bearing under salt bed structure,and of providing the exploration basis,Well Shengke-1,the deepest scientific exploration well in east oilfield in China,with the depth of 7026m,bottom hole temperature of 235 ℃,drilling fluid density of 1.75 kg/L,was drilled in Shengli Oilfield.Considering the challenges of irregular wellbore size,long open hole,multiple pressure systems,high bottom hole temperature,large temperature differences between the upper and the lower cementing sections,and complicate downhole conditions,using the techniques of liner hanging and tieback cementing,along with the stable anti-ultratemperature cement slurry and high temperature liner hanger and spares to ensure successful liner cementing and tieback operations and a qualified cementing work.
