针刺辅以中药治疗后天性麻痹性斜视的疗效观察

Effective Observation on the Combined Effect of Acupuncture Therapy and Assistant Herb on Aquired Paralysis of Strabismus

目的:观察针刺中药对后天性麻痹性斜视的疗效。方法:67眼随机分为治疗组和对照组,对临床疗效进行比较。结果:两组疗效相比,治疗组有效率97.3%,对照组有效率80%,两组疗效相比,差异有非常显著性(P<0.05)。结论:针刺辅以中药对后天性麻痹性斜视有良好疗效。

Objective ：To observe the combined effect of acupuncture therapy and assistant herb on aquired paralysis of strabismus. Methods ： Sixty - seven cases were randomly assigned to treatment group and control group, and the two therapeutic effects were compared. Results ：The effective rate was 97.3% in the treatment group and the effective rate was 80% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups in the therapeutic effect （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ： Acupuncture therapy with the assistant herb has a good therapeutic effect on acquired paralysis of strabismus.
