西北地区风电开发与利用研究

Study on the Development of Wind Power in Northwest China

分析了西北地区风电发展的形势和面临的主要困难，研究了西北地区风电配置和消纳机制，提出风电电量宜在整个西北地区甚至全国消纳配置的政策建议和初步方案，为完善符合西北风电开发和西北区域发展特点的风电政策做了有益的尝试。

The opportunities and difficulties of wind power development in the Northwest China are analyzed in this paper. Based on investigations in the current policies for the wind power consumption, it is suggested that the huge amount of northwest wind power should be balanced and allotted in the whole Northwest area or even all over China. The research work presented here may contribute to improve the related policies in China and greatly enhance the bulk development and utilization of wind power in Northwest China.
