呼气冷凝物测定与肺部炎症性疾病

摘要 呼气冷凝物检查可以正确评估气道慢性炎症性疾病的炎症程度,是一项简单、经济、稳定性良好的无创性检查手段。EBC中pH值改变、炎症因子及其他相关指标的测定不仅可评价气道炎症程度,而且可评估疾病进展及药物治疗反应性,对于临床诊治有很大帮助,值得推广。 The measurement of exhaled breath condensate is extremely simple to perform, inexpensive,and robust noninvasive method to study status in the airway of the inflammatory pulmonary disease, pH,inflammation factors and other relevant factors in exhaled breath condensate can not only assess the degree of the airway inflammation, but also identify the progress of the disease and the response of the disease to the therapy. So, the measurement of exhaled breath condensate may provide important information for the clinical diagnosis and treatment,and it deserves extended use.
