How airway neural plasticity cruses airway hyperresponsiveness

摘要 多种因素可导致气道神经发生可塑性改变,即支配气道的周围神经、中枢神经在神经递质及其受体、兴奋性和分布密度等方面的改变。气道神经的这些可塑性改变与气道高反应性有密切而复杂的联系,是引起气道高反应性的机制之一。 Many factors can cause airway neural plasticity,including changes in neurotransmitters and their receptors,the neural excitability and density. All these changes have a close, complicated relation to airway hyperresponsiveness. Lots of evidence support that neuroplasticity is one of the mechanisms to cause airway hyperresponsiveness.
