在英语教学中,教师应最大限度地激发学生自主学习的信心,给予学生自我发挥的素材和机会,提供给学生自主学习的方法,使学生想学、愿学,以此来提高学生自主学习的能力。

In English teaching, in order to help the students to be conscious of learning and to be willing to learn, teachers should encourage students to be confident, give them more materials and chances to develop their ideas, provide them with methods of learning, so as to improve their ability of conscious learning.
