论儒家思想对律师文化的建构

我国律师行业应该形成怎样的文化?以怎样的文化作为其发展的灵魂?笔者认为应使中国律师文化儒家化。认为用儒家的仁、义、礼、智、信思想编织成中国律师文化,能更好地体现律师职业的本质以及律师执业的"法律至上"和"当事人中心"两个基本理念。

What kind of culture should be established in China＇s legal profession？ What kind of culture should be planted as the soul of its development？ I think we should build it by Confucian thoughts. The ideal of the lawyers is based on the two concepts of the primacy of law and party center. Using Confucian thoughts such as benevolence, righteousness, courtesy, wisdom and integrity to weave the culture of Chinese lawyers can better reflect the ideal of lawyers.
