从课题研究的角度，叙述了目前海上生产装置海水冷却系统的弊端及改进措施，分析了闭式循环冷却系统的各种优势和研究中应考虑的问题，展望了系统的应用前景。

Offshore production facilities （production platform and FPSO） use seawater as cooling medium, but it has three problems which are seawater-corrosion, sea-biology adhesion and mud scour. So the new idea ＂closed-circulation cooling system＂ comes out, which references the mature design idea of heat-medium heating system and completely overcomes the foregoing problems. The main advantages of the new system, the anything that should be solved and the questions that should be take into account are discussed in this paper.
