摘要
以文昌项目WC-191WHPB平台导管架为依托,对导管架水下部分采用两种不同保护方法的各项成本进行核算,以期达到优化设计,节约成本的目的。这两种方法是:1)常规的导管架飞溅区以下部分只采用牺牲阳极的阴极保护方法。2)导管架飞溅区以下部分采用涂装和牺牲阳极联合保护的方法。
In this paper, two kinds of corrosion control methods for big jacket have been compared : 1 ) Conventional cathodic protection method to protect the submerging part of the big jacket, 2) The cathodic protection method combining with coating the all jacket to protect the big jacket. The cost comparison is based on the jacket of WENCHANG PROJECT WC-191WHPB platform and the optimum design method is given.
