摘要 重量轻、强度高、耐腐蚀的新型材料碳纤维复合材料作为理想的维修加固材料越来越受到重视,碳纤维修复具有高强、高效、施工简便、适应面广的特点。简要介绍碳纤维的分类、规格、性能特征,对比传统修理方法说明碳纤维材料在海洋结构中使用的优点;主要介绍国外利用碳纤维材料进行平台、管道和FPSO等海洋结构进行修复加固的经验,对碳纤维材料在维修中的优缺点进行分析,并对其在老龄平台维修和加固中的应用前景作了展望。 During repair and reinforcement of offshore structure, more attention is focused on the carbon fibres (CF), which is a new kind of material with lightweight, high strength and corrosion resistance. The performance of offshore structure using carbon fibre fabric is in high strength, high efficiency, and the work is simple. This paper presents the classification, specification and performance of carbon fibres fabric (CFF) and describes its application in offshore structure repairing, such as platform repairing, pipeline rehabilitation, FPSO reinforcement and so on. In addition, the application status and prospect of CFF in aged offshore platforms are introduced.
