摘要
作为一种极限状态分析方法,海上平台的推倒分析在世界上越来越受到重视。该方法对于确定平台,尤其是老平台的安全系数及加载余量有重要的参考意义。HZ19—2平台在投产时,桩基础承载力就处于临界状态。投产后,又经历了多次改造,平台上部载荷不断增加。平台桩基础承载力已经不满足规范要求。通过采用SACS软件的COLLAPSE模块,对HZ19—2平台进行倒塌分析,论证了即使在桩基础承载力不满足要求的情况下,平台桩基础承载力仍然有一定安全余量。平台也可继续使用。为今后类似平台的改造提供了参考。
As an ultimate analysis methodology, collapse analysis for offshore platform becomes more and more important in evaluating platforms' (especially old platforms) factor of safety and load applying margin. In detail design, the pile ultimate capacity is critical. After some modifications, topside loading is increased so much that the pile does not meet the requirements by codes. Collapse analysis is performed for HZ19-2 fixed offshore platform in this paper. The analysis results indicate that the pile ultimate capacity has an allowance for new equipment loading.
